USER AGREEMENT

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the relationship between MB Homes (hereinafter referred to as MB Homes or the Administration) on the one hand and the user of the site on the other.
The MB Homes website is not a media outlet.

By using the site, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use the MB Homes website!


1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1. MB Homes is MB Homes company (hereinafter referred to as the Administration), registered and operating in accordance with the laws of the European Union.

1.2. User – an individual or legal entity using the MB Homes website.

2.2. The User must read the terms of this Agreement before using the MB Homes website. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, he must immediately stop using the site.

2.3. MB Homes reserves the right to change, add or remove the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User. Changes take effect immediately after they are posted on the website.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER

3.1 The User is entitled to use the functionality of the MB Homes website in accordance with its purpose and the provisions of this Agreement.

3.2 The User is obliged to provide accurate information when registering on the MB Homes website and to keep this information up to date.

3.3 The User undertakes not to disrupt the functionality and security of the MB Homes website and not to perform any actions that may lead to a disruption of the functioning of the MB Homes website.

3.4 The User is responsible for any material that he/she posts or transmits via the MB Homes website, including but not limited to text, images, video, audio and other files.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF MB HOMES

4.1. MB Homes undertakes to ensure the operation of the MB Homes website and provide access to its functionality in accordance with its purpose.

4.2. MB Homes has the right to change the design, functionality and structure of the site at any time, as well as block or restrict the User's access to the site without prior notice.

4.3. MB Homes is not responsible for the content and accuracy of information provided by third parties on the MB Homes website.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 All intellectual property rights in relation to the content and materials of the MB Homes website belong to MB Homes.

5.2 Except as required by European Union law, any use, reproduction or distribution of the content and materials of the MB Homes website without the written authorisation of MB Homes is prohibited.

6. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

6.1 MB Homes shall not be liable for any misconduct by the User, including the posting of illegal or offensive information on the MB Homes Website.

6.2 The User is solely responsible for the use of the MB Homes website and agrees not to make any claims against MB Homes in the event of loss or damage arising from the use of the website.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1 This Agreement is a legally binding document governing the relationship between MB Homes and the User.

7.2 Any disputes arising in connection with the execution of this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the European Union.

7.3 If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

7.4 This Agreement shall come into force from the moment of its acceptance by the User and shall remain in force until its termination on the initiative of either party.
